The New Ecology of Education: Leading Without a Map
(The Ultimate Leadership Experience). New 2026!

It’s better to shape the future than be shaped by it.

The most entertaining and enlightening session your leaders will ever experience in PD.
The toddlers entering Pre-K today graduate near 2040. We’re going to immerse you in "Memories of the Future" through a mind-blowing, hypothetical journey where you are the experts and you shape the future of education for your district. This takes school improvements to a level never experienced.

If it hasn't happened already it will, AI experts will be prayed upon to choose their ideas, models and platforms. This simply isn't possible without creating your own memories of the future.
We invite your team to the most learningful, purposeful and transformative PD to start a year using human behavior and positive psychology to succeed.
We’ll explore audacious scenarios: Schools without walls, and AI avatars (who do tutoring on demand) with Nobel Prize-level knowledge who never take a sick day.
It’s a playful, high-stakes dive that reframes your mindset in an instant, proving that the future is already here - you just haven't met it yet but you will be creating it.

For Educators: The "Waze" to Nowhere
We live in an era where we can’t even find a Starbucks two blocks away without a digital voice telling us, "In 200 yards, turn right." We’ve become addicted to the blue dot on the screen. Between Google Maps and Waze, we are never "lost."
But here is the epiphany: In the world of education, the satellite has gone dark.
There is no voice coming over the car speakers telling a Superintendent how to navigate AI-driven curriculum, the death of geography, or a workforce that changes its mind every Tuesday. We are trying to use a 1998 Fold-Out Paper Map to navigate a 2040 landscape.
The technology has officially overtaken us. It has all the answers - literally, it can pass the Bar exam and write a lesson plan in four seconds. But if the machines have all the answers, the only thing left for human leaders to do is ask the right questions.
The Experience: Leading When the Map No Longer Works
This is not a "sit and get" keynote. It is a live, highly interactive sense-making session where Superintendents move from being System Managers to Learning Architects.
The Provocations:
-
The End of Walls: What if learning is a cloud, not a building?
-
On-Demand Expertise: What if a student in your district prefers a Nobel Prize winner’s AI avatar to a classroom lecture? What if they learn more from NASA, Disney or John Hopkins?
-
Optional Geography: What happens to "districts" when connectivity makes location irrelevant? What if all students are using high speed star link satellites for connectivity.
As you navigate these scenarios in a circle of your peers, your collective thinking is captured live and visualized. We replace passive listening with real-time readiness.
